Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Max OpenAI Ads website, preview features, and downloadable WordPress plugin. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or plugin.
About the service
Max OpenAI Ads provides a free WordPress plugin and a public website with a context hints preview, product information, and documentation about OpenAI Ads.
The preview generates sample hints from public website content you submit. Results are for planning and illustration. You are responsible for reviewing hints before use in live ad campaigns.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The website preview does not require an account. The WordPress plugin is installed and managed on your own site under your WordPress administrator access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or plugin for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
- Submit URLs or content you do not have permission to access or process
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer our services
- Scrape or automate the preview APIs beyond normal use of this website
- Misrepresent generated hints as guaranteed performance outcomes for OpenAI Ads
We may suspend or block access if we believe these Terms were violated.
Preview tool disclaimer
The context hints preview reads publicly available pages from URLs you provide and uses automated services to draft sample text. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your business or campaigns.
OpenAI Ads policies, hint limits, and campaign rules are set by OpenAI. Always confirm requirements in Ads Manager before publishing ads.
WordPress plugin
The plugin is provided "as is" for connecting WordPress sites to OpenAI Ads measurement features. You are responsible for configuring keys, pixels, and conversion settings correctly.
You must comply with OpenAI Ads terms, applicable privacy laws, and your own site policies when tracking visitors and sending conversion events.
Plugin updates may change features or requirements. Back up your site before installing or updating plugins.
Intellectual property
The Max OpenAI Ads name, branding, website content, plugin code, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. OpenAI and WordPress are trademarks of their respective owners.
You may use the plugin according to its license for your WordPress site. You may not redistribute the plugin as your own product or remove license notices without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and plugin are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site or plugin will be uninterrupted, error free, or that generated hints will meet OpenAI Ads approval or performance expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site or plugin.
Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50) or the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim. The plugin is free, so this amount is typically zero.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third parties such as OpenAI, WordPress, Cloudflare, Google, and our publisher sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction where they apply.
